This policy explains what information Best Therapy Productivity Calculator ("we," "us") collects when you use besttherapyproductivitycalculator.com/, and what we do with it.

The short version: our calculators run entirely in your browser. What you type into them isn’t sent to us or stored on our servers. We don’t use analytics or advertising tools, and we only get personal information you choose to send us.

Start times, billable minutes, productivity targets and other calculator inputs are processed in your browser. They are not sent to our servers.

Please never enter patient names or other protected health information into any calculator or form on this site.

2. Information you send us

If you contact us, we receive the details you choose to send, such as your name, email address and message. We use them only to reply to you and to improve the site. We keep messages only as long as we need them to handle your request.

3. Website analytics

We don’t currently use Google Analytics or any other analytics or tracking tool. If we add one, we’ll update this policy and our cookie policy first.

4. Server logs and security

Our hosting provider, Namecheap, automatically records basic technical information, such as IP addresses, browser type and the pages requested, to keep the site secure and working.

5. Advertising

We don’t currently show ads. If we add advertising, we’ll update this policy first.

6. How we share information

We don’t sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers who help run the site (such as our hosting provider), when the law requires it, or to protect the site and its users.

7. Your choices and rights

  • You can use every calculator without giving us any personal information.
  • You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
  • You can ask us to access, correct or delete personal information you’ve sent us through our contact page.
  • Depending on where you live (for example, certain U.S. states or the EU/UK), you may have additional rights under local privacy law. Contact us to exercise them.

8. Children

This site is meant for working clinicians and students preparing for clinical careers. It isn’t directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.

9. Links to other websites

We link to sources such as ASHA, CMS and the U.S. Department of Labor. Their privacy practices are their own.

When we change this policy, we’ll update this page and note significant changes here.
