Accessibility Statement
We want every therapist, student and manager to be able to use our calculators, including people who use a screen reader, keyboard only, voice control or screen magnification.

What standard do we aim for?
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, published by the W3C.
What have we built in?
- Every input has a visible label that screen readers announce
- Results are announced when they change (an ARIA live region)
- Full keyboard use: you can tab through every calculator and see where focus is
- Status in words, not just color: “17 minutes behind,” not only a red number
- Color contrast checked against the AA ratio for text
- Text alternatives: every chart and infographic has alt text, and data charts have a table version
- Resizable text: pages work at 200% zoom without losing content
- Reduced motion: we keep animation to a minimum and respect your device’s reduced-motion setting
- Clear language: short sentences, defined terms and worked examples
Known limits
We’re still testing. If we find a problem we can’t fix right away, we’ll list it here with a planned fix date.
How do I report a problem?
Tell us what page you were on, what you were trying to do and what assistive technology you use (if any). We’ll reply and aim to fix confirmed issues as quickly as we can.
